IFCR India is an internationally accredited clinical research training and educational organization. India’s first and only US accredited post-graduate program in clinical research, we graduate 120 highly skilled specialists annually in clinical research – all of whom secure and agree to job offers prior to the end of their graduation at IFCR India.

With campuses across India and a growing list of US, EU, and Indian CROs, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, and other employers hiring our scholars prior to graduation, IFCR India has grown into the leading educator of US, EU, Australian, and US standard clinical research specialists in India.

The vision of IFCR India is to offer qualified, committed and dedicated Clinical Research Professionals to the Industry who will engage themselves in clinical trials and research which focuses on 'Healing the Sick' by promoting health, as defined by the WHO as a state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well being of an individual and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

IFCR India motivates its research scholars to think basic to life with 'health of the individual' as its foundation for service. Backed by highly competent faculty – many of whom have worked in the US or the EU in clinical research and/or related fields and who are accomplished industry experts, scholars of IFCR-India have a very unique and value-added exposure to the field of clinical research.

IFCR-India enrolls and prepares graduates in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, as well as Master Degree holders in life sciences such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biostatistics, Genetics, Biochemistry etc... for a US PG program in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs in India.

Our curriculum includes six months of inhouse training in addition to six months of clinical practicum which covers US FDA, ICH, GCP, GMP, GLP guidelines as well as US/ICMR guidelines in depth. The core courses covered under the syllabus include Research Methodology, Ethics, Project Management, Clinical Epidemiology, Computer Applications, TRIPS /IPR and Biotechnology. Research in areas like Cardiology, Diabetes, as well as other major disease areas of key importance to leading pharmaceutical, research, and healthcare groups are the focus of much of the project work for each scholar while at IFCR India.

Every scholar also must complete a six month clinical internship in a leading Research Center or Medical School in India where currently Phase I - IV Clinical trials also form an integral part of the program. In addition strong emphasis is also given to a judicious application of modern and ancient principles of management including human resource management in a multi-national corporate environment.
